From the classroom to the corporate world, my journey has always centered around helping others learn and grow. I began my career as a high school teacher, where I discovered the power of education to transform lives. After several years in education, I transitioned into Learning and Development and Program Development, combining my teaching expertise with strategic business goals. Today, I design and implement training programs that not only enhance skills but also inspire confidence and engagement across organizations.

While working full time jobs, I also competed as a professional softball athlete. My background as an athlete taught me resilience, teamwork, and leadership—qualities that continue to shape my approach to learning and development.
